Proposed Changes

Bar.java class was responsible for background color as well so created a new BackgroundColor.java and moved the logic into that class and implemented extract class refactoring.
Also performed a few more refactoring into check.java class and configurer.java class.

Thanks for your time on checking code with your improvement. I will not merge changes, because too many unrelated updates (especially editor configuration); but I will do it manually next time buy checking in depth your proposal.
