Add userfriendly cheats support

Hello, i found this remake, because i have some botched WinUAE install of game, so i have broken Save state with missing assets files error and i cant continue to play and because it discovered this problem in 2/3 of game and im not aware any way how to fix it which restarting whole game +im really lazy to play it again from the start with fixed WHLoad installation.

So i found this project and i would like to continue to play through it, but it i would need some cheats.. At least:

• level jumping cheat to start on map where i stopped to play in WinUAE
• some exping cheat to start with on experienced hero (4 hearts)

• some PC like Quick Save/Quick load or unlimited lives / creating.. which is part of WHDload package too.. im not good enough player to progress the game from start to end with just few credits...

  I strongly suspect that something like that already has to exist for game testing.

  Update: i found this is project description: "Cheats Same as original : move down, press "pause", CTRL + PAGE_DOWN Screen will shake

CTRL_RIGHT: free fly with mouse (pc) / directional keys F1-F10 & 1-5: Stage jump "

But it need better description, i tried it in game, but nothing happened.. Move down does mean press arrow down? Press pause means press Pause Break? Something like titla to open console or enter to add blinking text cursor.. and write cheats on etc, would be i thigh a bit more user friendly that these monkey keyboard maneuvers..

I made it extractly as the original. But of course, I will improve it on next release.

Try: ArrowDown, then press "P" (once player is crouched). When paused, press Control and PageDown (it is near Suppr and End key) at same time Screen will shake. Tell me if this works.

Note: This was the original game cheats ;)

Ok this is working for stage jumping, but i would need that unlimited lives and add hearths cheat too..

Cheats added with mouse right click, and simple menu interaction (stage will display list of stages to jump to)
