No credits on last life lost when bitten #223

Expected Behavior

Credits scene on last life lost when bitten

Actual Behavior

Simply respawn with 0 life

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Play a map with CarnivorousPlant
  2. Get bitten on it until last Life
  3. Can respawn even with 0 remaining life
