Menu select sfx may not be heard #281

Expected Behavior

Menu sfx play on selection

Actual Behavior

No sfx audio at all, but working with background music

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Start game and go to menu
  2. Move cursor or mouse to hover item
  3. No sfx depending on the case
