Catapult projectile missing respawn #319

Expected Behavior

Catapult projectile respawn after fired sequence.

Actual Behavior

Catapult projectile respawned when offscreen, but it may not be always possible.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Play Beginner Airship stage
  2. Go to Catapult at the west
  3. Fire Catapult and stay on sigh, impossible to make it respawn
