Allow to start game without launcher with custom configuration

Allow to load configuration without using Launcher (command line parameter, configuration profiles). This will allow to start game directly from a profile (or default configuration) without starting with Launcher.

• -settings [file.properties] (ex: lionheart.properties, file containing game language, resolution, filters...)
• -input [file.xml] (ex: input.xml, file describing input devices configuration)
• -gametype [name] (ORIGINAL, SPEEDRUN, BATTLE, COOP)
• -players [number] (ex: 2, define the players number)

Example: java -jar lionheart-pc-version.jar -settings profile1.properties -input mykeys.xml -gametype SPEEDRUN -players 4
