Add a new game menu, allowing to choose

[x] Game mode (Story, Training, Speedrun, Battle, Versus)
[x] Stages (stages set in Story mode, individual stage in other mode)
[x] Difficulty (in Story and Training mode
[x] Players (in Speedrun, Battle, Versus mode)
[x] Controller (for each available player)

Story mode must start with Intro and legacy menu. Other mode must start game instantly.
