Reversed order of regexp evaluation to fix multiple terms issue; adds a rational delay to responses to feel more natural.

This repo seems abandoned. Maybe make a new project.

He forked hubot into "brobbot" and copied his repos into brobbot duplicates which he maintains. https://github.com/b3nj4m/brobbot-react

I don't know why he doesn't just support both bots in one repo instead of abandoning and duplicating all the code.

Weird.
