~/.dgl DGL seems to support XDG via environment variables DGLDEFAULTDIR and DGL_DOWNLOAD_DIR
~/.pymol and ~/.pymoltimestamp PyMOL does not seem to support XDG
~/.biojs_templates, ~/.jalview_properties, ~/.jalview_develop_properties and ~/.jalview_nonrelease_properties Jalview does not seem to support XDG.
~/.groovy, ~/.jswingreader and ~/.biojs_templates ??? I think they are created by jalview
~/.grass8 GRASS GIS Path is hardcoded
~/.tcc Tuxedo Control Center Path is hardcoded
