What do the discovery topics look like? Maybe they did not change in a long time, and HA was restarted? After a HA restart, all values will be unknown until an update is received. You can force that by restarting ism7mqtt. Do they appear then?

No the entitys have never had any values. I had some ha restarts during that time. Also I just restarted ism7mqtt with no effect. 2024-11-03_00-57

Please check the discovery topics under home assistant/ in matt explorer, as well as your HA logs. I think these values might be outside their valid range.
