PR with the following features:

Visible only on DeveloperMode
Default to 37.2
Combo with supported gain values from RTL

Should've tested it and not just read the code ;-) Had to add a bit of code to make the selector actually display the current value correctly, and also added actual restarting of the dump1090 process on change.
