If a user comments everyday they should get increased points (activity streak).

If a user hasn't had any activity (inactivity streak) and breaks that by commenting or reacting, they should get increased points.

day 0 - all chats 1pt for each additional day add 1pt for a max point per chat of 10

breaking an inactivity streak

1 day of inactivity - 2 points per chat

up to a max of 10 points per chat.

inactivity bonuses should only last an hour.
