Cannot delete ItemGroup when items are still present in the group. #8

When deleting an itemGroup with still itemsPreset a message will show
'cannot delete itemGroup'.

When the items are deleted the ItemGroup can still not be deleted.

An empty empty group however can be deleted.

Workaround: delete items from group from Backlog page. Rename group to unused.

Fixed: Relations from iteration, snapShots domain objects are deleted before 
deleting
group object. Warning is shown before deleting group.
