Multi GPU support #52

This will replace initial dashboard for 6.12 Multigpu will only be from 6.12

Submitting for code review but not ready to merge yet,

Still need to do code tidy

Further testing to be carried out on 6.11.5 but initial testing looks fine.

Testing with test data. Fix AMD panel to include graphs. Fix apps on NV.

I didn't get to finish my review yet, but I wanted to say I'm stoked about the work you put in so far. Multi-GPU has probably been the most requested feature.

No problem. Had to do new dashboard panels for my plugins, also created for NUT and IPMI.

Just added selection for power draw, Default to GPU as previous code.
