Datapacks don't work with modern beta

I've tried to create a datapack that makes villages super rare, because they are very OP. I made a datapack to make them significantly rarer, but it doesn't work with modern beta. I am not turning off generated structures because I still want strongholds, fortresses etc.

If this isn't an easy fix, It'd be very helpful to have a villager rarity slider, or at least an option to disable only villages in the mod.

I have been using this datapack it works fine
