Monochrome Icons

Option to have monochrome indicator icons would be awesome.

Me too, in my case i replace the original gnome icons on "/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/status/", for the ubuntu-mono-dark icons.

then they look like much better.

I can modify default icons for Gnome... but i'm have some questions:

• by default use 16px icon size for panel on Gnome, you use extension for use 24 (22)px icon size?
• or libappindicator use 24(22px) icon size for tray on Gnome by default?
• also i'm need Gnome colors for tray icons with Gnome Shell theme (i think found this on sources)

Anybody please tell me what color used for critical message on gnome-shell with Default gnome-shell theme and Adwaita icon theme? I found only:

• normal icon = #cccccc
• off icon = #cccccc 50%
• critical message = ? I'm used orange icon for critical message, but i'm not shure that right color or not, because in adawaita icon theme used another colors #bebebe (but on gnome shell #cccccc)

Okay you're right but I personally do not like the Adwaita icons, the ubuntu-mono-dark ones look pretty.
