Shapes not draggable on FF12 / Pencil 1.3.4 / Ubuntu 11.04 #440

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Tools - Pencil sketching
2. Try to drag a shape from the collection pain to the canvas
3. Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shape to be draggable. Doesn't drag

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 12.0
Pencil 1.3.4
Ubuntu 11.04

This is identical to issue 467 (or 467 is a duplicate of this one). 

It appears the problem is related to the speed of the drag action. If 
acceleration of mouse movement is high then it appears that dragging is broken, 
slowing down the drag action allows the drag of a shape to work.
