Rearrange js structure #12

What this issue is about:

JS files should be exported/imported into index files in there respective folder, and be exported into a index.js in the src/js folder

To-do's

[ ] Create index.js inside all src/js/ - subfolder
[ ] Export all files (where necessary) to their index.js
[ ] Export all index.js to the "parent" index.js inside src/js/ - This one is included in a script tag in the index.astro files
