Primary:

Rewritten CSS to SCSS syntax
Added SASS mixins for breakpoints
Some lighter changes to pokecards (now have types colors on cards), and restructured the code a bit. Much less code overall
Changed some class names on Pokemon-page (since I was working with class styling
