Countdown sometimes start twice [BUG] #69

Describe the bug Sometimes the countdown start twice and it causes the progress bar to go back and forth. This bug exists since version 2.1.0 so it is probably related to #62

To Reproduce The reproduction scenario is not clear.

Windows version: 10
Application version [e.g. 2.0.0]: 2.1.0
