Rounds do not change correctly. #4

At the start of a new round, the round data does not change correctly. The statistics for the round stop working and never update correctly. Also, sometimes the round does not change at all. This was on debian 7 64 running bitcoind 10.0

I can't do too much to help You right now. I'm not into BTC for a while. You can try to find what the problem is and fix it. Pull request would be appreciated.
