[IFC Tunnel][Geotechnics] Ok to use either Psets or external datasets for all different types of borehole data representations and tests?

There is a vast structure of different representations. Can we see these as Psets or external datasets for either boreholes or samples? Psets needs definitions (names, properties) Borehole data representation:

Proposal:

• Define PDT IfcGeoScienceObservation/BOREHOLEDATAREPRESENTATION and define one Pset for each of the subclasses in the taxonomy
• Define IfcGeoScienceObservation/{INSITUTEST,LABTEST,GEOPHYSICALSURVEY}
• For lower levels define one Pset per subclass (Pset makes it possible to infer what kind of test was performed)
