Elliptic pipes used in sewerage/drainage networks need new profile definition as a subtype of IfcEllipseProfileDef: IfcEllipseHollowProfileDef with attribute WallThickness : IfcPositiveLengthMeasure

Could https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/ifcarbitraryprofiledefwithvoids.htm with https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/ifcellipse.htm be used for now?

Could have a discussion on this next week, currently I would be reluctant to add such a change.
