Example file for sprint 2.3. Alignment geometry is still mixing parameter values and length measures.

Covered Concept Templates - Usages Included

All usages up until sprint 2.3.

Added a text to the Description attribute of IfcAlignment, IfcAlignmentHorizontal and IfcAlignmentVertical regarding the incorrect use of IfcNonNegativeLengthMeasure and IfcParameterValue in the geometric representations. Passes the 2.3 checks. Can we approve this file now? Ping @SergejMuhic and @pjanck

As correctly noticed in #138, there has been a mistake in the checker, where LandId instead of LandID was expected (similar for the other two properties on IfcSite). This has been corrected now and the checker does complain about this :)

Hi @pjanck and @larswik, this is how the Voxel geometry from your model may look like, in case you are wondering...!

@larswik Please sync from main, there is a change necessary to activate the checker.
