Esri import of VFRN Oloron IFC model #206

This pull request includes creation of an Esri folder in the 'files' area and screenshots substantiating import of the VNFR Oloron IFC file into a prototype version of ArcGIS Pro.

The IFC file used for importing is located here: https://github.com/mdavidsonESRI/IFC-Tunnel-Deployment/blob/main/files/project_team/VNFR-Oloron-EXE-GC-4X4.zip

This model contains tunnel structure content, including ground reinforcement.

Looks amazing. Could I ask you to post a screenshot of the spatial and functional (systems) breakdown also?
