[Enhancement] Add support for viewing full conversation records

This PR adds a new feature to the story viewer that allows users to view the full conversation records of each story section. It addresses the issue of poor network connectivity by providing a direct way for users to access the conversation records without relying on media content loading.

• Added a new "Record" button to the story list page for each story section.
