Swapping the GLB Pool Priority

The purpose of this document is to describe the process to flip the pool priority on the CIS GLB. Note: This is not as necessary anymore due to the GLB running in active-active mode now

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the CIS instance using the resource list under 1162359 - LBaaS Production account resource_list
  2. Navigate to the GLB lbaas.cloud.ibm.com - production lbaas.test.cloud.ibm.com - staging glb
  3. Edit the API hostname edit_glb
  4. Swap the priority of the clusters for all the regions Regions include: Default, Eastern Europe, Eastern North America, Western Europe, and Western North America swap_priority
  5. Save the changes
