Broken support for file://

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a launcher with "Uri.parse("file://...."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
App crash with "No Activity found to handle Intent...."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mixare 0.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.
Can be fixed adding <data android:scheme="file" 
android:mimeType="application/mixare-json"/> in AndroidManifest.xml
