[x] Implementing Botmod role
[x] Ability to add multiple levels / roles that get botmod
[ ] Implementing Botban role
[ ] automatically removing the botban role from expired bans

Because I'll forget this if I don't add this: This doesn't only mean that the botban and bot mod roles are implemented. This also means that you can assign any role to an access level.

Due to the nature of the userlist.json, I will no longer implement this feature fully. Namely, the Botban Role. Assigning access values to roles is implemented and works.
