If a user enters in a bogus price, they can use the edit command to correctly fix a bad value, but I don't think they can remove a bad value from the price history entirely.
Additionally, the *remove command does remove their current price entry, however it doesn't remove that entry from the user's price history, so it still looks like the price errata exists when it shouldn't.
