"player not found"

What is the expected behavior? What actually happens?
At bottom of PG window it says "Player not found" so i can't  do anything.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
newest version, on Leopard 10.5.6

Please provide any additional information below.
both WoW and PG are open of course.

What is the scoop with this? I am running X.5.7 + the most recent game release 
(3.1.2) and also seeing that re 
"player not found" plus not being supported.
