Skinning does not work reliably - please help!!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the program with a skinning profession and appropriate mobs
2. Skinning does not occur
3.

What is the expected behavior? What actually happens?
I have all the skinning set up corectly (looting set to on, etc etc) and my
character loots all the mobs corectly, but does not skin most of them. Out
of 600 mobs killed and looted maybe 20 skins. This issue was not occuring
before level 20. As soon as my druid made it past 20 the skinning just stopped.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Same problem on 1.3.5 and now on 1.3.6 on OSX10.5.7

Please provide any additional information below.

Just cannot get skinning to work reliably....just a few mobs skinned :S So
I know my setup is correct, because sometimes (rarely...it does skin) but
VERY rarely

Might be an odd question, but is your skinining level high enough to skin the 
mobs 
your killing?  I"m assuming that since you got level 20 you moved to a 
different 
zone with different mobs.  If you skinning level isn't high enough, it won't 
skin 
them.
