What are our options for putting passwords on the pdf reports that we print? Can we discuss at some point?

You as admin user can change the password. Go to user list, edit user and can make changes.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I was talking about passwords on the files that we print to pdf. (not users log-in passwords)...
