we noticed this morning that account 9267866 had a few subaccounts that had the wrong coverage.
so we went to update the coverage for that customer and noticed that the customer name was shown twice
we selected the one record and updated the coverage as of 1/1/15 to be the correct coverage. but now it looks like the records that were assigned to the wrong coverages were fixed 2x and the January commissions were duplicated.
This is very important that we get this to work, if we were relying on the database, we would have never known that the account was incorrectly overstated. Lets make this a priority to fix today.
