Frightening Speed and Rending Storm on players tracked by buff times
Red aoes tracked by GUID effects
Harrowshot aoe tracked by GUID effect
Buffs simulation for the Rending Storm aoes and the spread aoes
Rending Storm target mechanic
Notes:
Rending storm red aoes disappear when the players gain the next buff remove all event, if the event is not present, the aoe duration caps at log end time.
If the buff remove all event is after the world cleaver cast time, utilise the cast time as duration cap.
