Master Branch displays "ToolTip" instead of value in `Damage Modifiers>Incoming Damage Modifiers` #844

Describe the bug Testing Master to prep for damage mod changes, found that Damage Modifiers>Incoming Damage Modifiers displays the text 'ToolTip' instead of the value on some activity.

I believe it is only on activity where Pure Damage is not available.

Resolution in Shared Incoming and Necro Reaper Shroud in Class based are impacted in the attached log.

This makes sense there are only tooltip stats to view, i was handling it incorrectly.
