Created SetOnPlayerCustomInstanceBuff and streamlined the usage within SetInstanceBuffs to reduce code repetition
Created CustomCheckTakingTurns and removed its instance buff, instead moved it to PlayerStatusMechanic
Created CustomCheckManipulateTheManipulator for logs that don't have any present achievement buff
Small cleanups for Qadim
