Minion usage in mechanics.
Minions usage in instant cast finders.
Buff related instant cast finders.
Added several utilities for spec handling on intant casts.
Added IsNonIdentifiedSpecies API on AgentItem and AbstractActor.
General cleanup/refactoring.
