Added mechanics for getting hit by Spirit Fog (Wall of Ghosts) and I can Outrun A...Ghost achievement.
Added icons for various Spirits (Angered, Enraged, Deranged), Wall of Ghosts and Ethereal Barrier.
Added damage rings to Wall of Ghosts.
