Binary parser for the .evtc files that arcdps generates after a boss encounter. This will generate a .html file where the results can be easily reviewed.

Renamed Barber Spear to distinguish melee and ranged version
Added various icons to some skills not in the API
Note: Dark Stalker for necromancer is a hidden buff on the target, kept the default monster skill icon.
