rendering of water/land for islands? #37

cool tool. thanks for working on it and congratulations on recognition by OpenCage Geocoder and MapScaping!

water/land for islands not rendered in this example and makes it look a little odd on OSM... https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=11/13.7991/124.2145
