Adding DIM model? #114

Would adding the Document Influence Model be of interest? I reckon it would be a great addition to tomotopy. Gensim's counterpart for DTM includes the DIM model. In case, here an example and here the paper.

Hi @ebergam Thank you for great suggestion. I'll review the paper and see if it can be added to the next major update.
