Change supported python to python 3 #59

These commits should make DisPass work on Python 3 while dropping support for Python 2. This might resolve #28, depending on what you meant by optimize.

I've tested a fair amount, but haven't tried using it in real life yet, I'm going to start that now.

Oops! I forgot some things, it must be getting late... I haven't tested the gui yet...

Thanks so much. I think these changes are really neat! I am going to do some tests and will most probably merge it right after that.
