Automated builds #16

Please add a GitHub Actions and use the internal ghcr.io repository to store the built Docker images, it's a lot easier than provide the files and building it manually.

I can help if needed.

Now I do. You can try combining the script since my workflow can generate an arm64 build.

Yes, of course, the Tizen CLI installer is x64 only.
