Idea: `bbin exec [script]` #8

Like bbin install, but it doesn't save a script to to the bbin bin path. It just runs the bb command with the correct arguments.

$ bbin exec io.github.rads/watch --version
watch 0.0.4

Going to forget about this for now since we removed the bbin trust and bbin revoke commands.
