Add `neil add tasks` too. #168

Hi,

In your article https://blog.michielborkent.nl/new-clojure-project-quickstart.html in section "Babashka tasks" the bb.edn sample looks like a good and quick starting point.

Maybe a neil subcommand that adds it to project, e.g. neil add bb-tasks would convince more users to try the BB tasks :) ?
