What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Short php tag is not suggestting coding style
2. PHP default configration: Short php tag == Off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
web/include/my_func.inc.php parsed as a HTML page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1442 ArchLinux PHP v5.3.10

Please provide any additional information below.
