I know it's not good to have no test, but it seems like the test to compare eigen spectrum (like _jellium.py) doesn't work due the the constant shift for zero momentum. And I'm not sure what else could be tested. (Maybe fourier transform?) Just send the pull request anyways, please let me know about the tests.

Fixed the issue with alias, and the issues with formula B8. Added test FT and integration test, and the test coverage should be enough. @babbush
