Can't install babel-plugin-transform-remove-console getting unable to resolve dependency tree error #1027

Describe the bug

Can't install the plugin.

To Reproduce

Minimal code to reproduce the bug

npm install babel-plugin-transform-remove-console --save-dev

Actual Output

If there is no Error thrown,
