Hey all, I have updated the current stages of the proposals that were listed. I wanted to ask a few things in order to add more updates to the list -

What is the difference between the current stage of proposal and Status (as mentioned in the table) ?
How to decide which proposal is to be added to the list? Do we need to add all the proposals of stage 1 to the list for parsing them?
How can we separate the proposals that have been parsed by babel and which have not?
